Princess’s Pumpkin Spice Maple Latte

A cozy fall favorite from Little Farley Coffee Co.

There’s something magical about a crisp autumn morning, a warm mug, and that first sip of spiced comfort. This easy homemade Pumpkin Spice Maple Latte highlights the smooth, aromatic flavor of Princess’s Pumpkin Spice Coffee, a Little Farley Coffee Co. favorite that tastes like sweater weather in a cup.

 Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • ¾ cup brewed Princess’s Pumpkin Spice Coffee

  • ½ cup milk (or oat/almond milk for dairy-free)

  • 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin purée

  • 1 tablespoon real maple syrup

  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (plus more for garnish)

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Whipped cream (optional, but highly recommended)

 Directions

  1. Brew the coffee:
Make a strong cup of Princess’s Pumpkin Spice Coffee — the base of this latte’s magic.

  2. Whisk the pumpkin mix:
In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla over medium heat for about 1–2 minutes, stirring until smooth and fragrant.

  3. Add the milk:
Pour in your milk and whisk gently until hot and frothy (but don’t boil).

  4. Combine:
Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug, then slowly add your warm pumpkin-milk mixture. Stir lightly to blend.

  5. Top it off:
Finish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon.

 Optional Add-Ons

  • Add a drizzle of salted caramel or maple syrup on top for extra decadence.

  • Spike it (responsibly) with a splash of Baileys Pumpkin Spice for an after-dinner treat.

  • Serve with a cinnamon stick stirrer for cozy presentation.
